Global University Systems has launched its executive education initiative WILL or Work Integrated Learning for Leadership, a program designed to provide higher-education institutions with leadership training.

Global University Systems owns and operates several private colleges and universities in the UK, Canada, Israel, and Europe with 60,000 students.

WILL, in collaboration with Global University Systems and leading organizations such as KPMG, IBM, and IIT-Kanpur’s E&ICT Academy, offers executive programs through its academic partners UPES, Edology, Edvancer, EDGE Metaversity, and Jolt.

Sharad Mehra, CEO of Global University Systems-APAC, hailed the launch of WILL as a boon for aspiring executives eager to gain an edge in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world. Citing estimates from the World Economic Forum, he noted that by 2025 half of the world’s population would need to reskill to remain competitive.

Mehra also touted the launch of WILL as a way to bridge the skills gap and prepare students for the future. With specialized courses, innovative programs, and collaborations with industry leaders, he said they hope to make WILL “India’s most preferred Executive Education partner.”

WILL provides tailored development programs for employees at every stage of their careers, helping them stay engaged and equipped to manage the uncertainty of an ever-changing job market. These solutions give individuals the chance to expand and refine their skill sets, enabling them to remain competitive in today’s landscape.

WILL will offer courses in management, marketing, finance, analytics, and human resources, and has partnered with Jolt to bring NAMBA (Nurturing and Advancing Managerial Business Abilities) to India. It also offers MBA, PGP, and certification courses in Data Sciences, Renewable Energy, Industrial Safety, Metaverse Game Design, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. This program seeks to provide comprehensive learning and development opportunities for organizations and individuals.

WILL, tapping into the legacy of GUS in education, offers exclusive leadership programs such as Shakti (women’s leadership), Pragati (senior leadership), and LEAP (youth potential leaders).
