The University of Wisconsin-Madison has announced the Wisconsin Tribal Education Promise, a pioneering initiative offering full financial coverage for educational expenses to Indigenous students from Wisconsin’s 11 tribes. Starting in fall 2024, the program includes tuition, fees, and living costs for undergraduates, and extends to law and medical degrees.
