Online education and career preparation platform Careerwill has unveiled the “Careerwill Plantation Drive” initiative as part of a move towards environmental sustainability and educational empowerment. The initiative aims to plant 10 million trees by the end of this year while simultaneously offering 10 million scholarships to students nationwide who join this noble cause.

The move reflects Careerwill’s commitment to reforestation, cutting carbon emissions, and creating a sustainable future that links education and environmental causes for a positive impact, according to an official statement via Financial Express.

The 10 million scholarships provided by Careerwill aim to empower students to pursue their academic goals while simultaneously supporting environmental preservation.

Eligible participants in the Careerwill Plantation Drive will receive a 50 percent tuition waiver on Rakesh sir’s Math course, easing their financial burdens and allowing them to focus on their studies while contributing to environmental protection.

“We envision a world in which education and responsibility for the environment connect to illuminate a brighter future,” said Rakesh Yadav, founder of Careerwill.

“The Careerwill Plantation Drive and the 10 million scholarships represent our unshakable commitment to developing young minds’ intellectual potential and the vitality of our planet,” he added.

Commitment to sustainability

Moreover, Careerwill extends an open invitation to individuals from all walks of life to join the initiative for a greener and more sustainable society.

Careerwill, a Delhi-based Indian educational technology company, has been in operation for six years. The company offers test preparation and engaging live classes for K-12 supplemental education to students across India.

Launched in 2018, the Careerwill App is also reshaping how Indian students prepare for government exams, particularly benefiting those in remote areas. With four million downloads and 2.7 million registered students, the app sees an average daily usage of 180 minutes per student from over 2,500 cities.
